INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - DELL CAMERA AND WI-FI CARD INSTALLATION AT RED LAKE HOSPITAL

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract on a sole source basis to DELL, for the Red Lake Hospital in Red Lake, MN.

The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) - only one source reasonably available. DELL is the only vendor that can supply this service as our purchased laptops need more components added that were not added to them when ordered.  Having another company provide this service would void the warranty.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 – Computer and Hardware Repair
