This is an Intent to sole source to Monaco Enterprises; please see attachment for related Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 541512 Computer Systems Design Services, with a large business size standard of $34,000,000. The Product Service Code for this acquisition is DA01 - IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (LABOR). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 13 March 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Alaska Time. All documents submitted will not be returned.
