INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO INVERIS TRAINING SOLUTIONS

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort McCoy intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price order to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc, 296 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024, CAGE Code 087W6 against GSA contract GS-00F-113DA. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure the following target parts to be delivered FOB Destination to Fort McCoy, WI. Open market target parts include 1) MOTOR CONTROLLER, SERIES REVERCING 180VDC, part number 104287. The delivery date will be 120 days after date of contract. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source, for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. InVeris Training Solutions, Inc is the only company that can provide the compatible parts for the current live fire training systems at Fort McCoy, WI.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered before the notice end date. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that they are eligible and capable of providing these services. If no affirmative written responses are received by 8:00 AM Central Time on 19 March 2026, an award will be made without further notice. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
