INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - WIND TALKER

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to EDGESOURCE to purchase a WindTalker CUAS system. EDGESOURCE is the sole manufacturer and distributor of a CUAS system that can meet the specific needs of the governemnt (represented in the salient charachteristic document). Due to an absence of eligible compettitors capable of making a machine that meets the government needs, they are the only source capable of fulfilling this requirement.  

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. The responder must be capable of fulfilling ALL charachteristics outlined in the Salient Charachteristics Document. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
