In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern.
