DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service has a requirement for the replumbing, inspection, and testing of an above ground 18,000 gallon propane tank at Yosemite National Park, California. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 (effective January 17, 2025). The solicitation number is 140P8525Q0029 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm-fixed price commercial services contract. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2, and the NAICS code is 811310 with an associated small business size standard of $12.5 million in average annual receipts.
