The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Wagner Equipment for the repair of a motor grader equipment for BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Shiprock Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) Single Source, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
