The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, & REPAIR SERVICE at the VA SIERRA NEVADA HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. Brief Description of Services See Draft Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance (POP): 10/1/2026 9/30/2027 base year plus four option years. All interested contractors must respond by email to Angela.Gerlitzki1@va.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. EST on August 10, 2026. Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status?
