    AMENDMENT 0003 INFORMATION: The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide official Government responses to vendor Requests for Information (RFIs), incorporate revisions to the Statement of Work (SOW), restructure the Price/Cost Schedule, and extend the quotation due date.

    Key Changes:

    1. Due Date Extension: The hour and date specified for receipt of quotations is hereby extended to March 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM Local Time.
    2. Location Removal: "105 Hickam Ave, Travis, AFB, CA" has been completely removed from the SOW and Door Inventory.
    3. Emergency Response: The required emergency on-site response time has been changed to 12 hours.
    4. CLIN Restructuring: CLIN 0007 (Overhead & Profit) is deleted. Quoters shall incorporate all applicable indirect costs, overhead, and profit directly into their fully burdened pricing for the remaining CLINs.
