Telephone inquires shall not be accepted. VA VISN2 intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to a qualified firm that can meet the following requirement. This firm-fixed price requirement is for the rebuilding/repair of a Vacuum Heating Pump (Series150VCD Venturi) located in the Boiler Plant of the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Building 12, Canandaigua, NY 14424, from date of award to 10/31/2025. This repair includes removing and replacing manifold assembly components, pump seals, gaskets, and impellers. The contractor shall ensure all Technicians shall have at least 5 years experience repairing vacuum pumps. The contractor shall ensure all certificates, licenses, and permits are kept current and valid. The contractor shall perform all services within 15 days of award.
