This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFP.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04, March 12, 2025.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), and the solicitation number is 36C25025R0105. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price standalone contract from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2025-04, effective 03/12/2025. The associated NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is soliciting proposals from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to service the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed proposal information, along with any other documents necessary to support the requirement.

The contractor shall repair the heating hot water pipe connections in four mechanical rooms, located at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106.

Cut-off date and time to submit Requests for Information (RFI) is 08-06-2025 at 2:00 PM EST. RFIs shall be emailed to Stanley Burdine at stanley.burdine@va.gov

Proposals are to be provided to Stanley Burdine, Contracting Officer, via email at Stanley.burdine@va.gov, no later than 08-15-2025, by 3:00PM EST. No telephone calls will be accepted. No submission received after the above-mentioned date and time will be accepted.

The Contractor Certificate in VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the proposal.  Failure to do so shall deem the proposal non-responsive and will not be considered. 

The contract period of performance is 180 Calendar Days.
