The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) on behalf of the Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order on a single source basis. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting competition; soliciting from a single source (including brand name), where acquisitions conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6, but still require a justification using the format of FAR 6.303-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $34,000,000.00. This notice of intent for single source award is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirements may submit a quotation, which may be considered by the agency, only if received by email by the closing date and time of this notice. Responses shall provide detailed information that demonstrates the vendor is capable of meeting all requirements as detailed in the Statement of Work and is an authorized reseller/provider of the repair services for Eaton Corporation. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
