J061--UPS MAINT CONTRACT BASE + 4

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the VA Medical Center Memphis, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to support the requirement for a firm-fixed priced service contract for routine and emergency maintenance to be performed on the six (6) Uninterrupted Power Supply Units (UPS) and Battery System requesting a vendor to perform unlimited on-site repairs, including travel, labor maintenance, inspection and replacement to include Battery testing and reports

The VA is contemplating a base year with 4 option year.

Services will begin on November 3, 2025.

The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price.

The solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov website on or about October 8 2025. This date is subject to change.

Send email request no later than 17 October 2025 listing all attendees’ names.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract.

All contractors must have an active account at  https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ reflecting they are currently registered as an SDVOSB.

No further information will be provided prior to posting of the RFQ.
