Wahlen VA Medical Center 500 Foothill Drive Salt Lake City, UT 84148 The OEM: COVIDIEN SALES LLC maintenance services that are to be provided by COVIDIEN SALES LLC are: Planned Maintenance Service, as specified by COVIDIEN SALES LLC. Customer will provide COVIDIEN SALES LLC service personnel with full access at the agreed time. Contractor shall provide full-service coverage of this equipment, including both corrective and preventative maintenance. The Contractor shall not charge additional money for any shipping, parts, labor, or travel to repair or replace this equipment. Contractor shall provide functionally equivalent loaner equipment at the Customer s request at no additional charge while the customer s equipment is being repaired or serviced. Contractor shall provide all software version upgrades for this equipment to Customer at no additional charge. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, Wednesday, March 25th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
