NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to ARJO, Inc., 2349 West Lake Street, Suite 250, Addison, IL 60101. The period of performance for contract award is April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2027, with a provision of four (4) option years. This requirement is to provide a full-service contract to cover the maintenance, repairs, parts, software upgrades/updates, inclusive of installation of any minor patches or major revisions, shall be included, hardware upgrades/updates and technical support on government owned Patient Lift equipment at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The contract goals are to maintain, upgrade, service and support all components of the equipment listed, inclusive of components of the host systems, throughout the life of the contract. The Field Service Engineer is required to be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). James J. Peters VA Medical Center 130 W Kingsbridge Road Bronx, NY 10468 Arjo is the sole-source supplier of factory authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ) replacement parts and accessories for Arjo manufactured products. Arjo is also the sole-source provider of OEM trained and certified technicians who are qualified to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Arjo equipment. The Arjo Service Team also provides the only Certified Operator, First Response, and Biomed training on Arjo equipment. Arjo s Service Team is the only provider of OEM documentation, including scheduled maintenance checklists which are used exclusively for Arjo manufactured products. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by December 4th, 2025 10:00 a.m. (EST).
