Those devices are not maintained by Stryker's certified technicians, who operate under strict FDA-governed safety and quality system controls. In addition, Stryker is the exclusive source of original parts and components required to maintain and repair your equipment to the highest standard. Based on the above, the Stryker Neptune 3 Rover and Stryker Neptune Docker surgical equipment preventative maintenance can only be performed by Stryker Medical LLC.
