This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.  Solicitation 36C25724Q0064 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for an Audiology Equipment Service Agreement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 and VAAR 2008-37. The NAICS is 811210 with a size standard of $34M. This is full and open competition for small and large businesses.
