    The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of 41 U.S.C.1901, with AmeriWater, LLC of Dayton, OH for maintenance/service for two 00HC-2046 healthcare systems to include deionized (DI) tank exchange in accordance with JCAHO, OEM, and AAMI requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or proposals. No contract award will be made based on quotations or proposals received in response to this notice. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. A determination not to compete the requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not oblige the Government to award a contract. The Government will not pay for information provided in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for market research purposes.
