    The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW 13.106(b) to obtain an extended warranty for Xenex UV Disinfection Robots via FSS Contract GS-07F-0587Y. Period of performance: Base: 7/1/2025-6/30/2026 Option 1: 7/1/2026-6/30/2027 Option 2: 7/1/2027-6/30/2028 Option 3: 7/1/2028-6/30/2029 Option 4: 7/1/2029-6/30/2030 Basic description of the requirement: The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY requires an extended warranty for Xenex UV Disinfection Robots. Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance services and repairson the Pulsed Xenon UV Disinfection System to include the replacement of consumable components of the Company Equipment including bulbs. The xenon bulbs used in the device are specifically manufactured for Xenex solely available from Xenex. All work shall be in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) standards. Because of the unique, proprietary, and comprehensive nature of Xenex s service and warranty plan, it is not possible for this function to be completed by another source other than one trained and certified by Xenex to perform the maintenance and repairs. All services are to be done as per OEM proprietary instructions. Allowing anyone other than the OEM to provide the required services are not permitted. Place of Performance: James J.
