GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Ceiling Lift PM and Inspection Scope of Work: The vendor will inspect the ceiling lifts in Perry Point, Baltimore and Loch Raven. This is a required annual PM provided by company on ceiling lifts. The vendor will provide an inspection report summarizing the work completed for each lift. The service shall be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm unless other hours are mutually agreed upon by the vendor and VA Biomedical Engineering. The contractor shall report to Biomedical Engineering when they arrives on-site. Background: The VA Medical Center requires the inspection annually by certified ceiling lift tech and company.
