Intent to Sole Source Beckman Coulter Lab Automation System Preventative Maintenance and Repair The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price, single year contract for full service and maintenance services of the Beckman Coulter Lab Automation systems, telephone support and onsite support to Beckman Coulter Inc., 250 South Kraemer Boulevard, Brea, CA 92822-8000 for the VA Philadelphia Healthcare System. This sole source determination is in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures and in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
