The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 8, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8)
Commodities Team NF/SG intends to enter a sole source procurement with ITW Food
Equipment Group LLC, 155 Harlem AVE, Glenview, Illinois 600025-4075 for service, maintenance and
repair of Hobart kitchen equipment.
The Lake City VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL., and Jacksonville VA Domiciliary, Jacksonville,
FL. Dietetics service requires service, maintenance and repair for Hobart kitchen equipment.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this
procurement is 811310, with a small business size standard of $ 12.5 Size standards in millions
of dollars. The FSC/PSC is J073. The proposed contract action is for services for which the
Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of
FAR 6.302-5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this
requirement.
This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can
meet this requirement shall submit capabilities no later than, April 4, 2025, to:

furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitation will be
made available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed
contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
Government.
