The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain janitorial services for USAGM Transmitting Station, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. The USAGM Transmitting station in the country of Philippines supports the Agency mission to inform, engage, and connect people around the world in support of freedom and democracy. The station broadcasts a broad spectrum of programs created by the VOA for audiences across East and South Asia. The station owns approximately 9,000 square meters of warehouse and office space. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, and storage areas. The Contractor shall also perform escorted cleaning services in sensitive transmitter areas including, but not limited to dusting/vacuuming the exterior of the transmitter cubicles, cleaning of air filters/grills, flushing of drains and water ways, and other general housekeeping tasks associated with fifteen (15) high‐powered broadcast transmitters. The contract period of performance shall be one (1) base year, and four (4) one-year option periods.
