    Description

    This requirement is to provide all management, personnel, vehicles, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Underground Storage Tank (UST) operational inspections as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes the planning, coordination, and inspections on the underground storage tanks necessary to ensure compliance with Alaska Department Environmental Conservation (ADEC) State statute 18 AAC 78. and timely of all inspections performed under this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining a management control system to plan, organize, direct, and control all operational inspections under this contract.
