The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain and repair aircraft hangar doors at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of the doors in accordance with applicable standards and the manufacturer’s instructions. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, applicable building codes and standards, NEC, NFPA, BOCA & CABO, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) codes. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/SAM/).
