Description

This solicitation is for the exterior repair of Facility 703 at Langley AFB, VA. The scope of work for this project includes selective roof repair, replacement of all downspouts and gutters, exterior masonry repairs to include pointing and pre-cast concrete panel repairs. Windows at the basement level will be replaced. Exterior site work includes selective demolition of the existing landscaping, creating a new muster pad adjacent the main entrance walks, new basement subgrade waterproofing with perimeter foundation drainage, storm drainage to capture the new downspouts, and a new fire service waterline to serve the facility. New ancillary concrete stoops and landings shall be constructed at the new egress points from the renovated facility.

The Magnitude of Construction Project: estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 (See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f)).
