This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas for informational and planning purposes only in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice does not constitute a RFQ or RFP by the government, nor does it commit the Government to issue a solicitation or contract. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in determining market capability, including small business considerations to fulfill the requirement.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas is seeking sources capable of providing thin client computing devices that meet or exceeds the minimum specifications shown on the draft statement of work, are compliant with industry standards; and any relevant environmental, safety, and handling requirements.
Interested vendors should demonstrate their capability to provide a turnkey solution, including but not limited to delivery, training and technical support.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Interested parties are requested to submit a technical statement not exceeding five (5) pages, which includes:
Company Profile:
a. Company name, address, Point of Contact, Email and Phone number; business size; CAGE code; Unique Entity Identifier (UEI); NAICS code(s) applicable to the requirement
Technical Capability:
b. Relevant experience providing similar equipment (past three years)
c. Statement of capability addressing ability to provide the requirements stated in the statement of work
Responses to the following questions:
1. Is the product available through a GSA schedule or any Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
2. What is the estimated lead-time for delivery?
3. What warranties, maintenance support and training packages do you offer?
SOW Comments/Questions (Optional):
a. Submit any comments or questions that your firm may have regarding the SOW. The Government will consider them as it finalizes the SOW. The Government will not issue any updates to the Sources Sought with responses to any questions or comments received

b. Responses shall be submitted via email to Jason Perez at jason.q.perez.civ@us.navy.mil and Rafael Battung at rafaeleladio.m.battung.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 11:00AM JST on 27 May 2025. Responses should be labeled with the subject line: “Sources Sought Response – JRM CIO Thin Client Devices”.
