Climatec, LLC Energy Management Control System Maintenance Kayenta Health Center The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Climatec, LLC for Energy Management Control System Maintenance as required by the Facility Management Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Climatec, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Climatec, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Amber Whitehair, Contract Specialist, at amber.whitehair@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
