Dear Prospective Offeror:
The US Embassy Bishkek has a requirement for a contractor to provide Key Management Systems for U.S. Embassy Bishkek. You are invited to submit a quotation.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449 (Please fill blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a, 30b, 30c on the 1st page).
2. Detailed product specifications.
3. Pricing breakdown, including taxes and shipping* (if applicable).
4. Estimated delivery timeline (Lead Time).
5. Warranty and support details.

The Embassy plans to award a purchase order. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. The RFQ does not commit the U.S Embassy to make any award. The Embassy may cancel this RFQ.
Questions shall be submitted as soon as possible but not later than September 8, 2025, by 15:00 (UTC+06) in writing via email to BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov not later than September 18, 2025, by 17:00 hours UTC+06.
