KHC PT CADWELL EMG MACHINE

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU), Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Cadwell, 909 N Kellog St, Kennewick, WA 9336, for Sierra Summit Base with 1-2 Channel Amplifier and Programmable Electrical Stimulator with No Computer, as required by the Physical Therapy Department, with the delivery by 12/31/2025.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Cadwell in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Caldwell may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Daisha Richards, Purchasing Agent, at Daisha.Richards@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Friday, August 8, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
