DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform inspection, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on kitchen fire suppression systems and kitchen exhaust systems located at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.This includes all tasks necessary to keep these systems operating in a reliable, continuous, and safe manner, adhering to all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Department of the Air Force (DAF), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and local, state, and federal codes.
SITE VISIT
The site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 11 September 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The meeting point will be at the Offutt Visitor Center. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent by 15 September 2025 1:00 PM CST. A question and answer will be available by 17 September 1:00 PM CST. Please complete and submit the attached Pass Request by 8 September 10:00 AM CST to acquire access to the site.
QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing by Monday, 15 September 2025 by 11:00 AM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov on 17 September 1:00 PM CST.
OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME
Monday, 22 September 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
