KOKEE AFS WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM

Summary of Changes (Updated 12 September 2025):
- To incorporate revisions to Attachments 1 (Performance Work Statement) and 2 (Kokee Site Photos version 2)
- The PWS section 3.1.8 states: “All work must be completed and all submittals received by the government within 60 days after contract award.”
- PWS section 3.2 clearly states the requirement for contractor to “…install and provide a system designed to produce filtered water for two bathrooms—including shower stalls—and a kitchen. The location for the installation is on the exterior of the facility, closest to the main water supply line at the corner of the building.”
- Extend quotes due date to: 16 September 2025, 03:30 PM HST

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes must be submitted electronically to the POCs below no later than 03:00PM HST, 16 September 2025. 

Brief Description:

The contractor shall install and provide a system designed to produce filtered water for two bathrooms—including shower stalls—and a kitchen in the corner room of building 1, Koke'e AFS, Island of Kauai, closest to the water shutoff valve. The system shall utilize a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) water filtration system, incorporating UV disinfection with new piping to ensure safe and effective operation. The contractor shall chlorinate the water system and flush out the system disposing of the chlorinated water.
