The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Kratos Parts and Consumables (Qty 1 Lot) for our kits provided by Kratos. This requirement is sole sourced to Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc., 5381 Raley Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95838-1701. These parts are direct replacement parts to an existing system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893624Q0245 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
