LAERDAL SIMMAN 3G MAINTENANCE SERVICES, EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND LOANER SERVICES

1. This pre-solicitaion notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time. 

2. Description:

Travis Air Force Base CA, 60th Aeromedical Squadron has a requirement for full service maintenance coverage of the Laerdal SimMan 3G. The contractor shall provide management, labor, tools, supplies, material, transportation, parts, and replacement parts, diagnostic equipment and other equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive/corrective maintenance services. Additionally, the contractor shall provide extended warranty and loaner services.

3. Procedures for Award:

The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The award basis is anticipated to include Technical and Price. The Government anticipate to award on or about 30 April 2026.

7. Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

8. Competitive Status IAW FAR 5.101(c)(4)(vii): This is a noncompetitive action. The intended source is Laerdal Medical Corporation due to the company's proprietary rights of the SimMan 3G system.
