SYNOPSIS
Land Based Air Conditioner

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to HDT Expeditionary Systems Inc. OH, for the evaluation and repair of a quantity of one (1) Part Number: 197K2000-100, Land Based Air Conditioner, in support of the France Ministry of Defense (FMOD) for the E-2C Program. This is a Foreign Military Sales procurement for FMOD, FMS Case FR-P-GWO. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a) (1), FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely in the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
