This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 70Z02926QNEWO0000003.This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The evaluation factors are:

Project Description

The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform land clearing services at U.S. Coast Guard Station Panama City.

Work includes cutting and removing overgrown brush and trees near the entrance of the station property. The contractor shall be responsible for the legal disposal of all debris off-site. Daily cleanup of the work area is mandatory. Please see the attached Statement of Work for full specifications.

Contract Performance Period: 120 calendar days from award.

FAR 52.237-1 - Site Visit. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
