Closing Date: 17 December 2025 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requires a contract for Large Hydrostatic Test Chamber Design and Fabrication. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services, and PSC 3695 – Miscellaneous Special Industry Machinery. There is not an anticipated period of performance yet. A Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order is the anticipated award type. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1.) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with what your design, fabrication, and installation capabilities may be for large diameter pressure vessels, and appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. 3.)
