    The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing this Sources Sought notice to conduct market research and identify interested and capable vendors to provide a Law Enforcement Marine Patrol Watercraft. This requirement is in support of the Department of Public Works (DPW) at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.

    The watercraft must be a commercial vessel designed for law enforcement marine patrol operations, fully outfitted with law enforcement equipment, navigation and electronic systems, and military-grade ORCA Hypalon tubes that are resistant to tearing and puncturing. Due to the specialized nature of this requirement, only vendors able to meet the specified technical and operational criteria will be considered.

    This acquisition supports the functional objectives of the DPW and its U.S. Army Conservation Law Enforcement mission. The procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside and awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Only one award will be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to vendors regarding submissions.
