2. Contract Details & Level of Effort

• Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort (CPFF-LOE)
• Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year option periods.
• Estimated Annual Effort: The Government estimates approximately 61,180 direct labor hours will be required annually. Payment will be based on the actual hours expended.

3. Description of Work
The contractor shall provide Engineering, Technical, Programmatic, Logistical, Life Cycle Management, and Systems Services in support of the NSWCPD Department 70 Major Test Programs and Industrial Support.

Key support tasks will include:

• Technical Support and Advisory Services
• Equipment Life Cycle Management
• Data Collection, Analysis, and Metrics Reporting
• System Development and Testing Support
• Logistical Product Development
• Engineering Development Model Support
