Minimum Requirements The postage metering and reporting system shall be capable of the following: Equipment Specifications Processing Speed 130 Letters Per Minute Scale Capacity 70 lb. capacity Functionality Must be capable of weighing mail and printing postage Network Certification Must have a Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) for DoD networks. Reporting Capabilities Accessibility Web-accessible reporting is preferred Redundancy Redundant reporting capability is desired Data Points Must include weight (lbs/oz), cost per piece, total postage costs, and number of outgoing pieces Services and Support Postage Download A non-complex process for downloading postage Training In-person or online customer service and user training Maintenance & Repair Routine maintenance and repair services included Supplies Replacement supplies must be provided Rates Discounted rates for Federal customers as applicable Delivery and Performance: Delivery Location: Building 49-000, Camp Denali, JBER-Richardson, Alaska 99505.
