LEASING OFFICE BUILDINGS

Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with Satellite Shelter, Inc., 2530 Xenium Lane N STE 150, Minneapolis MN 55441-4591. The requirement is to provide 2 Modular Buildings. The NAICS code is 332311. The authority for this non-competitive award is Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 (or Title 41 U.S.C. 1903 for Special Emergency Procurement) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 800 a.m. on March 23, 2026. an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
