FEMA intends to enter into a single award Labor-Hour contract. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 561612 Security Guards and Patrol Services. The Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended (41 U.S.C. 351) is applicable to this procurement and the following wage determination shall be applicable to the resulting purchase order: Wage Determination No.: 2015-5637 (Rev.-30). The period of performance is January 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026. A labor hour contract award may be made to the responsible offeror submitting an overall proposal that is determined best value to the Governments needs, price and other factors considered, using the procedures prescribed in the technical evaluation factors.
