LEVEL LLL BALLISTIC SOFT PLATES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA448425Q0036 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective June 11, 2025. It is the contractors’ responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.

This requirement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339113., analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 800 Employees.

This Request for Quote is to supply the 87th Security Forces Squadron with soft armor plates consisting of the items listed below and meeting all specifications in the SOW. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set aside under NAICS 339113.
