Solicitation Amendment 3: This amendment revises the scope of work,  wage determination, and response date.

Solicitation Amendment 1: The Purpose of this Amendment is as followed: 1. To serve notice that we are no longer accepting questions/inquiries or coordinating site visits.  2.To furnish responses to inquiries received to date.  3. To add the specification drawings of the work site.  4. To update the wage determinations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Posting Amendment posts information that failed due to system issues: Under this combined synopsis/solicitation notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: LHE Rental for CHL Bulkhead Relocation for Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.**GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS: In this acquisition, the Contractor shall supply a piece of LHE, all necessary rigging, spreader beam(s) and miscellaneous supplies for safe and efficient load/unloading of the loading eleven (11) bulkheads and one (1) lifting beam onto two (2) Corps of Engineers supplied deck barges. The Contractor shall also provide lift supervisor, LHE Operator to execute the various activities identified under this Scope of Work.

**Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the scope of work**CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 SOUTH LaSalle STREET, SUITE 1500, Chicago, IL 60604**ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 238990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $19.0 Million.

**SUBMITTAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal written packages which must be received by the USACE - Chicago District Office no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on 11 April 2025. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence.
