The resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price (FFP). Please see attached solicitation document for further information. All proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer James Robinson, jarobinson@loc.gov and the Contract Specialist Jacqueline Miller, jacmiller@loc.gov no later than 15:00 PM EST on March 6, 2026.
