Include standard documentation and Operator and Maintenance manual.? Include Certificate of Conformance prior to shipment3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE/LOCATION:All components must be delivered FOB to Mississippi River Project Office (MRPO) in Fountain City, WI on or before September 1, 2026. Delivery hours are Monday thru Friday 07:00 ? 15:00. No deliveries will be accepted on weekends or federal holidays.The quoted price shall be FOB: Destination, with the Contractor responsible for all packaging, shipping and handling costs.
