This solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsible and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.
