Responses to this Market Research Survey will assist the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. There is no formal solicitation available currently and this RFI does NOT obligate the Government to issue a solicitation.
