The anticipated MA IDIQ contracts will be utilized by DCSO-P New Cumberland to establish task orders for leasing A3 Multifunctional Devices that meet the specifications and requirements identified in the PWS. These MFDs would be offered at a flat firm fixed price rate for up to 60-month leases and would be established for services and equipment associated with leasing Multi-functional Devices (MFDs), accessories and office document devices. The services associated with the leased devices sought are delivery, end-user training, full-service maintenance, including all consumable supplies (excluding paper), relocation, technical refresh, removal, reports, network functionality, and network security.
