    Description

    The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, supervision and materials necessary to provide building air system assessments, mold sanitization cleaning (of ductwork, terminals, VAV boxes & AHUs) analyses, cooling coil & reheat coil inspections, and air systems balance testing in Trent Lott Hall, B2603, for Keesler AFB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable contract document and is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Small Business Set-Aside, utilizing Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is J041. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,00.00 The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable) will tentatively be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 27 May 2025 with a tentative closing date of 26 June 2025. The contract performance period will be 90 days beginning within 10 days after award. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished online at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.
